I help food companies in the Netherlands stay compliant and in control. Whether you need a new food safety system, an audit is coming up, you are short on QA staff, or you have to arrange EU Approval (EG-Erkenning) – I simply make sure it gets done properly.

WIE IK BEN / WHO I AM

Mijn naam is Martina Swarts. Al meer dan twintig jaar werk ik in de foodsector. De laatste jaren vooral in kwaliteitsborging en voedselveiligheid bij bedrijven als Hilton Food Group (Foppen Seafood), Eurofins Food and Safety Solutions en Ruitenberg BasIQs. Daar heb ik meegewerkt aan HACCP-systemen, interne audits gecoördineerd, leveranciers beoordeeld, labelingtrajecten gedaan en kwaliteitshandboeken opgezet waar mensen echt iets aan hebben.

Mijn kwalitifaties: BSc Food & Business (Hanzehogeschool Groningen), FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), Certified HACCP Practitioner, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Course, Supplier Auditor Course en Internal Auditor Course.

My name is Martina Swarts-Hof. I have been working in the food industry for over twenty years, most recently in quality assurance and food safety at companies such as Hilton Food Group (Foppen Seafood), Eurofins Food and Safety Solutions and Ruitenberg BasIQs.
